Standard pool inspections typically take about 45 minutes.

It’s preferred but not required. Inspections can proceed with prearranged access and pets secured.

A Non-Compliance Notice is issued with a detailed report and photos. You have six weeks for rectifications and a reinspection. Continued non-compliance requires legal notification to local authorities. For properties being sold, a Certificate of Non Compliance can be issued, transferring rectification responsibility to the purchaser.

We issue a pool safety certificate and update the NSW Swimming Pool Register. Certificates are valid for three years.
